Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at dermaskinbeauty.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We are really happy to offer you fast shipping conditions.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 -3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

If we are experiencing an unexpected high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

The shipping is for free and we use standard service. Please make sure to receive your package when it is delivered or organize the pick up at the post office.  If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will apply. Please contact us before placing your order, if you would like to use this method.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and we can’t guarantee shipping times.

- US 10-20 business days estimate 

- Canada 10-20 business days estimate 

- Australia 10-25 business days estimate 

- UK 15-20 business days estimate 

- EU 15-20 business days estimate 

- South America 15-30 business days estimate (due to the pandemic health requirements)

- Africa 10-15 business days estimate (due to the pandemic health requirements)

- Asia 10-15 business days estimate (due to the pandemic health requirements)

- New Zealand 15-30 business days estimate (due to the pandemic health requirements)

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number / tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 -72 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Dermaskin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If the parcel is successfully returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or invalid address, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. 

We will allow one free resend if the package was successfully returned to sender (us) however, if it gets sent back to us the second time, we will retain the shipping fees incurred. 

For a 3rd attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping fees. (Applies to international and domestic orders).

If the carrier announces that the parcel is being resent to us because of unpaid customs, taxes or missing address but we never successfully receive it, we will only refund half of the order’s amount.

 

Damages

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at support@dermaskinbeauty.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 24 hours of a ‘Delivered’ status. Please note our Refund Policy.
